The content of the factory relocation notice of Suzhou Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. is as follows:

Due to the company's development needs, the original company name "Suzhou Chuangjie Packaging and Printing Co., Ltd." will be changed from November 11, 2022 to "Suzhou Chuangjie Medical New Materials Co., Ltd.", and the business address will be changed from the original "Xuzhou, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City" Building G2-2, Jinmao Industrial Park, No. 8 Dongshan Avenue, Kou Town" was changed to "2nd Floor, Factory Building No. 1, No. 368, Xiecun Road, Xukou Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City".

At that time, all the businesses of the original company will be operated under the new company name after the change, the original contract will continue to be valid, and the original business relationships and service commitments will remain unchanged. Undelivered orders will be completed at the new factory address. Starting from November 2022, all the company's internal and external documents, materials, invoices, account numbers, tax IDs, etc. will use the new company name.

The original system certificate (ISO13485/ISO9001) will be changed to a new company name and business address during the system review in 2023. Clean room third party inspection report will be provided before production.
